When is the VBC 25-26 Season and what will it look like?
Our Volleyball Club 25-26 Season will start in August 2025. Tryouts will be held over 2-days in July and girls who are invited have up to 48 hours to accept our club invitation. If we do not hear from you, we will move on to the next candidate.
Club season typically begins in September and October and will last until late May or mid June. If a team qualifies for a National Championship tournament, these will take place in June or July.
How many practices will Omona VBC have?
Omona VBC will have 2-3 dedicated team practices per week. Team practices will include strength and agility training, fundamental volleyball drills and skills, and group exercises that help build trust and camaraderie among the athletes.
